Whether you are seeking solitude and relaxation an action-packed outdoor escape a romantic getaway a unique wedding destination or planning a corporate retreat the Moab Utah resort is the ideal destination. *** IMPORTANT NOTE *** Please note the following annual events held in Moab, Utah that may have an impact on guests' stay at the Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa: Canyonlands Half Marathon Highway 128 will be closed from mile marker 12 to Highway 191 in Moab from 8am until 12pm on March 16, 2019. Guests will not be able to take Highway 128 to Moab during this time. They will be able to turn left out of the front gate and take Highway 128 to I-70. Guests will be able to get to Moab, if needed, by circling back around via I-70 to Hwy 191; however, this can potentially add an hour to the normal trip time. Easter Jeep Safari This year, the event will run from April 13-21, 2019. The town of Moab gets very busy during this time, along with the Jeep trails in the area. It is recommended that guests reserve their activities in advance. The Moab Music Festival This event runs from August 26, 2019 through September 12, 2019. Sorrel River Ranch Resort & Spa will be hosting a concert at the property on September 7, 2019 at 6pm. Food and beverage will be sold at the venue. The concert is usually finished, and off property guest have departed the ranch by 10pm. The Arches Half Marathon This event will be held on October 13, 2019. Highway 128 will be closed from Dewey Bridge, near mile marker 30, to Sorrel River Ranch, from 7am- 12pm. The finish line is at the hotel's property. Food and beverage kiosks will be set up at the finish line, along with live music. This event is typically over by 2pm. Guests will be able to turn right out of the front gate, onto Highway 128 and drive into Moab.
