The sleeping capacity of both units combined is 23. This unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in second room, two twin beds is in the third room, a queen Murphy with two bunk beds in the fourth room and a double bed in the loft. The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the level above the main, this is also the level where the back deck with the hot tub is located. The top level is the master bedroom suite. The living room has a gas fireplace, 42 Wall Mounted HDTV, DVD, CD stereo and lots of light. Dining area adjoins the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals with top quality cookware. Other amenities include BBQ/Grill and Dish/washer. This unit can accommodate eight guests.
