Property Renovation
After making significant progress and continuing to review the construction schedule of the $150 million renovation of the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, it became apparent that the guest experience at the resort would become more impacted starting in May 2018. Due to this, the resort has decided it will close April 30, 2018 through the completion of the renovation.
The award-winning Barton Creek Country Club golf courses and club services will remain open for Club membership through the duration of the closure.
The renovation will include a new resort tower, redesigned guest rooms, a new conference center and ballroom, a new event Pavilion, six new dining outlets, a Mokara Spa, a new lobby experience, an expanded pool scape, a new golf clubhouse, golf course renovations and a new tennis complex.
Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is scheduled to re-open in May of 2019.

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa began a multi-phased $150 million transformation in mid-2017 which will continue through early 2019. During this time, the resort will continue to welcome guests and offer world class amenities. Please note, enhancements in progress will result in certain necessary closures. The schedule for the closures is as follows:

* The Scavenger Hunt: until October 8, 2018.
* The Tennis Center: until June 11, 2018.
* Fazio Foothills golf course: until April 30, 2018.
* Coore Crenshaw: May 28, 2018 to October 15, 2018.
* The Kids Club: September 3, 2018 to October 8, 2018.
* Movie Nights: October 1-8, 2018.
* The Playground: September 10, 2018 to October 8, 2018.
* Nature Trail: until October 8, 2018.
