The Westin New York Grand Central is just a short walk from Grand Central Terminal and is 7 minutes’ walk from the United Nations. The hotel features a fitness centre, business centre and on-site dining. The rooms at the Westin New York Grand Central include a flat-screen cable TV and a desk. Free toiletries can be found in the en suite bathroom. Guests staying at the Grand Central Westin can enjoy the convenience of an on-site bar and lounge. The guests also have access to room service and a concierge service. Fax and photocopying services are available. Times Square is 12 minutes’ train ride away. The Grand Central – 42nd Street underground station is 4 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

You can be rest assured that your assigned room has been fully sanitized upon your arrival. With this said, to minimize interactions and unlikely but potential transmission, please let the front desk know upon arrival if you do not wish to have your room serviced by Housekeeping. If you opt out of daily housekeeping service and there is anything you need during your stay over nights, whether it be fresh towels or toiletries hotel would be more than happy to deliver to your room upon request. If you do not opt out of housekeeping service, hotel will service your room each day as per normal
Amuse Marketplace made its grand reveal on 08.24.21 offering self-service and a la carte dining for breakfast and lunch, open from 6am – 2pm daily. Amuse Bar also reopened offering signature cocktails, draft beers and much more. Self-service will be available in Amuse Bar from 11am – 2pm, daily, and a la carte service from 2pm – 10:30pm, daily.
In Room Dining made its much-anticipated return on Wednesday, March 8th, 2022 and hotel is pleased to offer this service Monday – Friday, from 4pm – 10:30pm. In Room Dining will be closed and not available on Saturday and Sunday.
During the renovation, the contract with the mini bar vendor did expire and we parted ways, resulting in the refrigerators being removed from the rooms. Hotel is in transition and fully plan on installing refrigerators in all 774 guestrooms in the near future. Until then, they have refrigerators available on request and they would be more than happy to deliver one to your room, for your convenience
The NYC Executive Order “Key to NYC” is lifted as of Monday, March 7th, 2022. This essentially means that the guest community will no longer be asked for vaccination proof / be vaccinated when entering Amuse Marketplace & Bar, Westin Workout and/or attending a meeting or event in the hotel.
Onsite valet and self-parking will be available should you need to park a vehicle. For your convenience, the garage is open 24 hours per day and the pricing is $85.00 per 24 hours for a sedan and $95.00 per 24 hours for an oversize vehicle. This does not include in/out privileges as this is subject to additional fees.
The state-of-the-art Westin Workout will be available 24 hours per day for your rejuvenation and is available on the 2nd floor of the hotel. This is only accessible from a separate elevator from the main lobby and is not accessible from the elevators you would take to and from your assigned guest room
