Complimentary Breakfast Monday-Friday 6am-9am Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m.–10 a.m. Housekeeping Housekeeping Services: • Refresh every other day (unless requested differently) • For longer stays 7 nights or more, refresh every other day, and full service including a linen change once weekly. • If service is not needed and you would like items just to be replenished, please contact the front desk. Check-In Process Marriott requires us to check our ID and provide a method of payment for room, tax, and incidentals. The property holds approximately $20.00 per day for incidentals, and if unused, it will be released 7 to 10 business days after check-out time. If you are staying with us long-term, the system will hold funds for 7 days of room, tax, and incidentals at all times. This requires several authorization holds pending on your credit or debit card during your stay until the charges post weekly. Smoking Policy Please understand that TownePlace Suites by Marriott is a smoke-free hotel. Any evidence of smoking in any guest suite will result in a room recovery charge of $250.00 that will be added to your statement. Pet Policy: The hotel is pet-friendly. Please inform the front desk at check-in if you are bringing a pet into the room with you. You can have up to two pets in a room, and we charge a $100 pet cleaning fee per room that will be added to your statement. We have a pet walk area where pets can be walked. Please do not walk pets in the private property area behind the hotel. Guest Laundry Room The hotel guest laundry accepts credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay. Laundry essentials can be purchased at the front desk in the market.
