Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning freephone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
